The American Radiators Building is located in New York City in the United States in the Manhattan neighborhood. The American radiator building is on the National Register of Historic Places since May 7, 1980. Raymond Hood and André Fouilhoux were the architects of the American radiator building.
This was the first building that surprised me in the Manhattan of New York. See it dressed in black and gold makes it more impressive.
The black brick (that symbolizes the coal) on the facade of the property was chosen to give an image of solidity and give it its quoted massif. The Gothic motifs of the building were initially covered with a layer of gold (symbolizing fire, flames), and its entrance adorned with marble and black mirrors.
